Current World Population

The short answer is; because it makes sense.

The Credit Crisis has turned old, reputable, and financially sound and professionally managed businesses into high-risk investments. The market does not react as it used to do. Even financially strong companies cannot always get access to much needed capital, and the established share market cannot always procure the necessary liquidity.

Investing in shares and in Start-Ups via private equity creates an even bigger risk. The investor has no control over share price and exit opportunities. Only very few out of several thousand start-up companies are likely to produce any significant results for the benefit of the share holders and it can only be considered as a highly speculative investment without any guarantees for profits. Indeed, in many cases, there is a guarantee of losses.

Going back to basics and investing in fundamentals make sense. The world-wide population is already in excess of 7 billion people who need something to eat every day. There will always be a steady and growing demand for basic food products. Prices may fluctuate, but there will always be a demand and there will always be a market. Every minute of every day, we are adding 150 individuals to the world population. They all need food. As the population both grows and lives longer, the demand for agricultural products, renewable energy, and forestry increases rapidly.

The political desire for greener and more sustainable production is today’s hottest topic among world leaders. Environmentally friendly projects will continue to receive a lot of focus and attention over the next decades. The support for green investments is already very high and will only grow stronger during the coming years. Billions of tax payers' money is already being made available to support the financial returns for the benefit of the green investor. And more funding is sure to follow.

GlobalGreenCapacity Ltd. believes that green sustainable investments will be the overall best performing of all readily available investment possibilities.

Investing green is a secure way to sustainable profit.
